Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please see our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. 

Online Return Policy:
  • Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • To qualify for a full refund, all items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.
  • Customers must contact Marquis Jewelers for a return authorization before shipping back the merchandise. To obtain a return authorization for orders shipped within the United States, please call 617-964-0007 or email amy.marquisjeweler@gmail.com to confirm eligibility for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance fees.
  • For purchases made on marquisjewelers.com, you can return your purchases via mail or in-store. 
  • Processing & Confirmation: 
    • Upon receiving your shipped item, you will receive an email confirmation.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for full processing.

Package Your Return:
  • Once you receive a return authorization from us, please use a safely sealed shipping box and include all original packaging and collateral materials.
  • Address for return shipment: Marquis, 80 Winchester Street, Newton, MA, 02461.
  • It is recommended to insure your package for the price of purchase.
In-Store Return Policy:
  • All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
  • All online local pick-up orders must be returned in-store only. If you are unable to return in-store, please email amy.marquisjeweler@gmail.com. 
  • Merchandise returned with a receipt, in its original condition, within 30 days of the sale will receive a merchandise credit.
  • Special orders, engraved items, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
Returning a gifted piece: 
  • We offer store credit for gifted orders returned within the 30-days. Please follow the steps for an online return to receive store credit. 
  • When requesting a store credit for a gift, please call 617-964-0007 or email amy.marquisjeweler@gmail.com and have the order number or the original purchaser's full name and email address.
