- Shipping Carrier and Signature Requirement: All items purchased through our online store will be shipped exclusively via FedEx. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, a signature will be required upon receipt. This helps us maintain the integrity of the shipping process and ensures that your package reaches you safely.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for all purchases totaling $250.00 or above. This applies automatically to eligible orders shipped within the United States.
- Shipping Charges for Purchases $249.99 and Below: For purchases amounting to $249.99 and below, we offer Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for a fee of $18.50.

Expedited Shipping: If you want your order shipped Express (1-2 Business Days), there is a fee of $50.00 regardless of the order total.
- Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe: Orders placed before 12 pm EST on business days are guaranteed to be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from business days.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address (or phone number) you provided at checkout when your order is in the mail. This email will have a tracking number for your package.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
